Today, I talk to you about a variety of signs from the Universe, from Spirit which I received to validate the message for us for this week about change and how to deal with change. One of those signs was from a family of crows!
Whether you like change or hate it, we all go through changes in every aspect of life. How we deal with those changes can make them more difficult to bear, but, if we use the right tools, we can make it easier for ourselves to accept and adapt to those changes in a more positive way. I’ll give you a few tools/exercises to help!
I’m also using Abby Wynne’s book, The Book of Healing Affirmations along with a couple of afformations from Noah St. John, and some affirmative questions inspired by Marie Manuchehri (energy intuitive & former oncology nurse).
I’m always happy to share the names of positive leaders. So, don’t be afraid to do your own due diligence with people I mention. They’ve helped me in some way and I share their perspectives with you so you can see if they’ll work for you too.
If I’ve linked to them, it means I’ve personally worked with them and can vouch for them. If not, it simply means I haven’t personally worked with them but I’ve used their books, meditations, wisdom for myself and found it useful.
As always, I hope you find this video helpful, and if you have, please consider showing your support by buying me a cup of coffee. (Ok, I don’t drink coffee, so I changed it to buying me a bag of chocolate chips which I have a spoonful of every morning with my oatmeal.) 🙂 Thank you!
My name is Lisa Bahr. I am an Evidential Medium, Intuitive Job/Life Coach, Radio Show Host, Producer and Writer, and former Personnel Recruiter. I am also a widow in the process of grieving and healing.

"My reading with Lisa was amazing. I got to hear from the two men I really wanted to hear from. It gave me chills, definitely recommend Lisa if you are looking for an honest medium. Her reading was touching and heart warming. Looking forward to another reading in the future!" ~Tiffany
